I've been tagged...or, Arin you haven't posted in a long time so please do this so we know you are alive!

So, I got tagged by this darling friend. Since it has been FOREVER (read FOOOORRRRREEEEEEVVVVEEEERRR, like in the Sandlot) since I last posted I figured I would oblige.

1. I got stitches in my backside while in the 5th grade. I was sledding and fell off the sled, slid over the neck of a broken beer bottle and had to have stitches. Definitely one of the more embarrasing things that has happened to me in my life.

2. I hate grocery shopping, but love to shop for any other thing.

3. I have a very sensitive nose. My husband always makes fun of me and tells me I'm smelling things.

4. I would rather clean my bathroom than do the dishes. I especially hate putting the dishes away. If I can find a way out of it I usually do. Thank heavens for a good husband that will do it just to keep me happy. :)

5. I tend to try and be an overacheiver. I set very high expectations for myself and then when I fall short I beat myself up about it. Or have a total meltdown, and cry for a few hours.

6. I make lists. Lots and lots of lists. I like to feel a sense of accomplishment so sometimes I add little things to my daily to-do list just so it looks like I accomplish something. You know like shower, eat breakfast, feed kids, dress kids, etc.

7. I have a really great friend and neighbor that I really like to visit with. We stand and talk while our kids get on and off the bus, and long after somedays. :) A lot of times she helps me keep my sanity. Sometimes I am afraid that I am boring her and she feels obligated to stand there and talk to me.

Now I tag Heidi, Beth, Jen, Kar, Zoe, Kluane, & Kristy.

I'm a total list maker, too! I don't as much as I used to, but I have a little list on the fridge board right now.

What we NEED to start doing is pick either house! Like one week you guys come to my house, and the next week we go to your house. Especially when it starts getting cold. Because I totally love standing out there and talking and visiting with you. You help me keep my sanity, too!

I'm so glad you're my "freybur" (friend and neighbor)!

Arin, I saw your comment on my blog about the dress. I found it here: http://crazymomquilts.blogspot.com/ good luck. I think it was easy. A little time consuming sewing the squares, but it turned out super cute!
