And we're off

Today was our first t-ball game. Wahoo! Interesting is a good word to describe it. I am very grateful for mothers who are so willing to help! You can read about my "unofficial" assistant here. Most of the kids ran the right way and by the end most of them were starting to figure out to get the ball and throw it to first base. We even got a few outs. YIPPEE!!! I just hope that I can shuffle them all around enough that they all get an equal chance to get the ball.

I wish I had pictures to post but I spent the majority of my time on the field running around like a chicken with my head cut off. As a matter of fact I was so busy chasing other kids around that I pretty much forgot about my two other children until the game was over. We got done congratulating the other team on a good game and it struck me that I hadn't checked on Jayce or Stacy during the whole game. Basically a whole hour. I know, I am a great mother!

Well off to more great mothering!

I think your a great mother! :) I think the game went well, and I love the shirts! The kids had fun, well all except mine, and we all know why! But I'm really excited for tomorrows games. If you need a sitter anytime, just remember I can help! Thanks for all you do!

Arin-I think that all the moms pitched in with all the kids. Kar had a blast with Jayce, and Dalynn was helping with Kar's son Micah, etc. etc. Now if only my kids would have stayed on the sidelines as well...

Jayce was a babe, and so was Stacy. They were really easy. So don't you fret! I took a few pictures of the game, and I'll post them on my blog soon. They aren't very close-up, because I was so busy with kids, but they're better than nothing. I got a great shot of Jayce.
