Hey, Arin, I wrote this on April's blog, but I'll write it here - can I take you up on your offer to April to lend her some cookbooks? I like to cook (like you do), and I need more pork and ham-involved recipes. I have a billion chicken recipes, but not so many pork or ham recipes, and my husband and I are both pork lovers.
