Oh What Fun!

Who would've thought that it was such hard work to teach Primary kids to sing?

I started a new calling last week and it is exhausting. However, there is a big payoff in the end. We have been learning "I Know That My Redeemer Lives" for the Primary program in the fall It happened to be on the schedule for the opening hymn sacrament this morning. As I looked out over the congregation I could see all these cute little faces smiling up at me and singing their little hearts out. It was the greatest thing ever.

Then I got to Primary today and they would barely sing a word. We were trying to review songs for Mother's Day and they just didn't seem interested at all. I guess I will just hope that next week when they stand to sing that some of the words I tried to teach them will come to their little minds and they will look up at me with smiling faces and SING their little hearts out.

Jaren also got a new calling. He is the Assistant Ward Clerk in charge of Membership. He gets to go to lots of meetings and I get to teach kids to sing! Oh What Fun!!!
